Five Things: Robot Swap

I received some great loving – AGAIN, with these delightful goodies from the Five Things: Robot Swap on Flickr.

This fab lino-cut over a martian-esqe painted background was done by the terrific printmaker ezerd.

I ♥ pouches with zippers and this one is even more rockin’ because it has robots on it!  crazycatladymel is a sewing ninja. 🙂

And the newest edition to my pitifully small stuffy collection (it’s getting bigger!) is this delicious cyclopian robot from jek in the box.

Thank you so much for continuing to include me – I’m working hard on your projects and can’t wait to get them out to you all.

Bead Happy

My Carlisle Mini CC Bench Burner came last week and now I’m restless to get the rest of the equipment (oxygen concentrator, regulators, hoses, flashback arrestors, and ventilation system) so I can FINALLY set-up my hot glass studio.  It has been four long years and I thank my husband every day for NOT letting me sell my glass supplies, kiln and tools.

Ornament for the Holiday Ornament Swap

In honor of less consumerism this holiday I’ve been using what I have on hand to make most everything. This ornament for the swap included. I love how it turned out and when the body of the ornament is lit from behind it glows!  These come in red (as shown), green, and gold all with silver accents/trim. I really hope it is well received. I’m always so nervous about these type of swaps.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by and visit - you are always welcome here. I do my best to respond to you within your own comments on a post. This takes time. I try to plug away at a few things in between pulling my hair out and chasing down my three year old son. If you have a question or some pressing matter or even if you'd just like to strike up a little conversation... I can be reached via email at ruralmamaATcomcastDOTnet.
