“There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are messengers of overwhelming grief…and unspeakable love.”

My sweet Auntie lost her battle to cancer this morning. My heart is very heavy and being here is hard. I won’t be around for a bit. I’ll check in when I can. It is an awful thing to “reunion” with family over a death. I’m hoping that they will honor her by not resorting to any drama. I can hope.

I want to thank everyone that kept my aunt and my family in their thoughts and prayers. It has helped us in so many ways. Thank you. If you don’t mind, please keep us there for a bit. I know there will be some struggles ahead and we could use all the help through it that we can.
